What you'll be doing:
Prospecting for new business and growing your local market presence
Managing buyer and seller relationships from appraisal through to settlement
Conducting property appraisals, home opens, and private inspections
Negotiating offers and achieving outstanding outcomes for your clients
Building and maintaining a strong referral network
Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the agency professionally
What you'll need:
A minimum of 1 year of Real Estate Sales Representative experience
Current Sales Registration with up-to-date CPD requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for property
Qualified presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
