We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Queensland team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of surveying, land development and construction projects.
In this engaging role, you'll partner closely with developers, consultants and stakeholders, managing projects from proposal through to delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring quality outcomes, driving commercial performance, building lasting client relationships and supporting the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from proposal and planning through to successful delivery.
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and client expectations.
Coordinate surveyors, drafters and technical specialists to achieve quality outcomes.
Act as a trusted adviser to clients across surveying and land development matters.
Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Foster solid relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners.
What You'll Need
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project performance.
Well-developed communication and problem-solving abilities.
Surveying experience is desirable however we are open to industry related experience.
A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
