About the Role An exciting chance exists for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day retail operations of our busy tyre and automotive business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure productive and profitable performance.
Supervise, train and motivate retail and customer service staff.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering of tyres, wheels, automotive accessories and workshop supplies.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.




Prepare staff rosters and oversee workplace performance.
Monitor budgets, sales figures and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and company procedures.
Liaise with suppliers and negotiate purchasing arrangements where required.
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase sales.

Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years' full time relevant experience as a Retail Manager or in a closely related management position.
Strong leadership, organisational and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Sound computer and inventory management skills.

Desirable Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
