Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to join a leading property group focused on delivering high-quality, sustainable environments and exceptional customer experiences. The company is recognised for its commitment to innovation, safety, and community legacy within the property industry. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing operational performance, maintenance, and compliance of building services within a commercial asset.

As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, presentation, and maintenance of the asset, ensuring all financial and statutory requirements are met. You will play a key role in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and the delivery of projects that support a secure and cutting-edge culture. This position requires robust leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive high standards of customer service and safety.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, maintenance, and presentation of the asset
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service




Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory, HSE, and risk management requirements
Oversee contractor performance and manage service contracts
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial management
Lead and develop team members to drive engagement and performance

The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years' experience in facilities management within commercial property
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, HSE, and risk management
Technical competency with BMCS systems and asset management software
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
