Store Manager – Port Lincoln

Our Port Lincoln store is hiring an Store Manager to join their team on a full‑time basis. This position offers the opportunity to enhance leadership skills by overseeing a retail team in a dynamic workplace.

What You’ll Do
Oversee the induction of new team members
Coach the store’s team to meet and exceed store targets
Help support your team with customer query escalations
Act as the Store Manager’s right‑hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed
Execute business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics
Lead from the front and motivate the team to foster a positive store culture
Organise the store floor and team schedules to meet customer demand

About You
You have previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role




You are able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
You lead from the front and can influence and build rapport with a diverse and wide-ranging team
You can resolve customer issues swiftly and creatively
You are an excellent communicator who can support the Store Manager in guiding team members through change
