We're looking for a consultant to join our close-knit team.

We offer full time or part-time opportunities (Monday to Friday), with part time hours able to be worked across five weekdays. Following your initial training period, you'll also have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.

About The Role
Respond to inbound phone and website enquiries from prospective residents and their families.
Provide a warm, professional and empathetic customer experience.
Guide callers through the enquiry process
Support the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
