We're looking for an experienced Program Analyst to support the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation initiative. You'll work closely with delivery leaders, project managers and business stakeholders to coordinate workstreams, monitor progress and help ensure key milestones are achieved.

What you'll be doing
Coordinate project workstreams and manage stakeholder engagement across the program.
Track deliverables, milestones and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Prepare project reporting and proactively identify, manage and escalate risks and issues.
Support implementation planning and readiness activities across business teams.
Analyse project information to support recommendations and decision-making.




Collaborate with delivery leaders and project managers to ensure smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

What we're looking for:
Experience working as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst or Project Analyst on large transformation programs.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience tracking project deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
