About the Role Reporting to the HVAC Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning services across a wide-ranging client base throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems - Diagnose faults, complete repairs efficiently, and minimise system downtime - Work across commercial, retail centres, Education, Health care, airports, industrial and critical environments.
Provide practical advice to clients on system performance, improvements and compliance - Work autonomously on jobs while collaborating with technicians and apprentices - Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and company procedures Why You’ll Love It - Base salary of up to $120K + Super (based on experience) - Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card,
tools & uniforms provided - Guaranteed minimum 40‑hour weeks with plenty of overtime available - Genuine career progression with ongoing training and development Key Requirements for Success - Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence - Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning - West Australian Restricted Electrical Licence - Valid Australian Driver’s Licence - National Police clearance (within 12 months or willing to obtain) - Ability to pass a Pre‑Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen - Full, Unrestricted Australian working rights.
