What you will do:
Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, communication, and swallowing (dysphagia)



disorders in adults.
Develop and deliver individualised treatment and management plans for patients with complex needs.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, holistic, and effective patient care.
Provide education and training to patients, families, and carers on dysphagia management strategies.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:
HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist.
Significant experience in adult dysphagia is essential.
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
