This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and requires you to work autonomously, managing and supporting a team of installers located in Sydney while managing key some projects (accounts) yourself. This role includes a fully maintained vehicle and mobile phone. The role's accountability include;
The collective success of all projects
The qualified growth of the team
Customer Advocacy, acting as the primary point of contact for high-level stake holders
Problem Solving, serving as the final point of escalation for the project managers to resolve critical roadblocks and technical issues (or in house engineering team typically assist with this prior to project award)
Strategic planning of the companies long term goals.
About you
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer skills – exposure to construction industry platforms is an advantage
Both practical and theoretical experience in the construction industry
Confidence in communicating and negotiating with clients/builders
Exceptional organisational and reporting skills
Mature and have the ability to show initiative
Outstanding time management skills
Proven leadership skills and experience
Must Haves
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction/Project Management or Engineering
Project Management Certification
Demonstrated industry knowledge and contacts
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work autonomously and report effectively
