We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater op Strip and Fitter to join our Geebung team. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse mix of repair streams, including insurance, OEM and dealer warranty repairs, and large-scale hail programs. As a key member of the workshop, you will bring technical expertise, leadership capability, and pride in workmanship, helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.

About You: We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:
Trade Qualified
Minimum 3 years’ experience (for qualified trades roles)
Robust work ethic and attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality
A desire to be part of a professional, close-knit team
Ability to interpret OEM procedures and repair blueprinting accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates
Current Australian driver’s licence
Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):
