This full time role will work across both venues in our Hunter Street Precinct in the heart of Sydney CBD.

What We’re Looking For
An experienced Sommelier with solid English skills to work closely with a team of wine experts to enhance our guest’s dining experiences through beverage service.
Experience: Experience as a Sommelier in a premium dining environment.
Knowledge: Extensive understanding of international wines, spirits and beers.
Certification: WSET Level 2 or CMS certification is preferred.
