About You You are a skilled plant operator with civil construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety. With a current HR licence, excellent communication abilities, and a no-nonsense attitude, you’re ready to make an impact and grow with CES.

About your Role In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small team alongside our Hire Manager.



From operating machinery to organising resources and ensuring site safety, you’ll be at the forefront of our CES operations.
Lead, coordinate and supervise daily civil and earthmoving operations.
Motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver small, quoted jobs on time and to a high standard.
Operate and coordinate machinery, equipment and resources to maximise productivity.
Champion a safety-first culture through pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site compliance.
Read and interpret site plans, coordinate works and maintain accurate site documentation.
