Placement Executive

About the team You will join a multi-disciplined Placement team, reporting directly to your local Placement Leader. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Global & Corporate (G&C;), National and Affinity.

What the day will look like




Working with the G&C;, National & Affinity teams and broking colleagues to develop and implement creative strategy, to better respond to evolving client needs on a range of distinct and diverse client portfolios across ISR, Liability, Environmental Liability & Commercial/Heavy products lines
Engage with key stakeholders on all elements of insurance program marketing from client strategy, insurer negotiation, technical analysis and presentation of results.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key personnel within local insurance markets.
Maintain oversight of the placement of programs to encourage proper adherence to Aon’s ‘go-to-market’ strategy with client managers and support staff.
Participating in the direction and execution of our insurer strategic partnership strategies.
