About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Intern to join our team at our North Caringbah location. This is a full time internship, ideally starting in December/ January concluding once supervised hours have been achieved.
No weekend hours, four day week 8-6pm.
Key responsibilities
Assisting pharmacists with the dispensing of medications, including receipt and accuracy checking.
Vaccinations.
Supporting full scope of practice services.
Assisting with patient consultations.
Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, safe and organised pharmacy environment- POS ordering and stock control.
Deliveries - drivers licence essential.
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (or equivalent accredited pharmacy programme)
Solid attention to detail.
Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
Basic numeracy and IT skills
A genuine interest in pharmacy practice and patient care
