West Lakes AMCAL, situated in the busy Westfield West Lakes Shopping Centre, is a energetic and busy contemporary retail pharmacy with a focus on delivering trustworthy and contemporary healthcare advice and excellent customer service.

West Lakes AMCAL is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant for a part time position. The position will report to the Store Manager.

Pharmacy Assistants will have the following duties:
Provide high level customer service to customers including greeting and serving customers, address a range of customer service inquiries and routine customer problems.
Undertakes all correct procedures when processing cash, cheque or credit card transactions.
Maintain awareness of and promote in store promotions and generate customer interest.
Maintain awareness of and promote services available.
Assist in the supply of Pharmacy and Pharmacist Only Medicines within the pharmacy by using the required questioning protocols,



referring the customer to the pharmacist if required and providing pharmacy medicines, health care information and self-care practices.
Assist in the delivery of quality customer service to pharmacy customers by assisting in determining the customer needs, providing information on pharmacy products and services, matching product to customer needs, finalising the sale and providing after-sales service.
Customer service at the lotteries counter selling lottery tickets to customers.

Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate II, Certificate III and Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded. Experience with selling The Lott lottery tickets will also be highly regarded. If you have the drive, the passion and the required demonstrated qualities shown above, we would love to hear from you.
