We're looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Dispensary Assistant to join our pharmacy team and support our pharmacists in delivering outstanding care.
About the Role
As a Dispensary Assistant, you'll play an significant role in the day-to-day operation of our dispensary, ensuring prescriptions are processed efficiently while providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions.
Prepare and process prescriptions using pharmacy dispensing software.
Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
Fulfill NDSS and project stop requests
Manage dispensary stock, including ordering, receiving, and rotation.
Process customer transactions and assist with enquiries.
Ensure the dispensary is clean, organised, and compliant with relevant procedures.
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and retail team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
