Buttercups Childcare is seeking a highly engaged Room Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a protected, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while actively sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
Cultivate meaningful and respectful connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care , or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations .
A warm and caring personality.




Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
A current First Aid certificate , WWCC , and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
