Charlton Christian College is seeking passionate and capable Primary Teachers to join our Junior School and Stage 3 Middle School teams in 2026. We are recruiting for:
Full time permanent and full-time 12-month contract positions in Junior School
Full time and 0.8 FTE permanent positions in Stage 3
Commencement: Term 1, 2026

The Successful Applicant Will Demonstrate
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, regular attendance in a local Christian church, and willingness to uphold and support the College’s Statement of Faith in all aspects of the role
Knowledge of, and strong commitment to, child safety in an educational setting,



including awareness of mandatory reporting obligations and secure practices when working with children and families
Proven ability to align qualified practice with the AITSL Teacher Standards
Capacity to integrate a Christian perspective into curriculum and classroom practice
