About the Role
This position combines parts interpretation, customer service and warehouse supervision. You will be responsible for accurately identifying parts, managing stock, supporting technicians, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and supply parts for Mazda, Volkswagen and Geely
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Maintain accurate stock control and warehouse organisation
Support workshop technicians with timely parts supply
Use dealership systems confidently and efficiently
Contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Sound knowledge of motor vehicles and components
Fast learner with a robust work ethic
Customer‑focused mindset
Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
Passion for the Mazda brand and pride in representing our dealership
