Job Description
Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
Produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
Support design management and procurement activities
Support stakeholder consultation
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with T&T; safety on projects checklist
Assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, programme and service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance, etc.
Conduct tender research and collate potential bid work
Assist with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team
Qualifications
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering,
Architecture, Cost Management or related trade experience
3–5 years of project management experience (ideally client‑side/consulting)
Ability to work within a large team setting and bring a growth mindset
Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, rapid‑paced environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and writing skills
Willingness to undertake general office assistance duties
Retail project experience is ideal
