Role Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will coordinate and execute marketing strategies and assist the Event Manager on planning to promote and enhance Showcase SA's initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and organizing member events and professional development programs. The manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of all initiatives and uphold the organization's brand positioning. The goal is to build the Showcase SA membership community.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Adelaide,

Qualifications
Skills Supporting the Event Manager in event planning, coordination, and execution
Skills in utlising the use of AI to improve productivity
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
solid people skills and ability to follow up and follow through
Time management and organizational abilities for managing multiple projects and deadlines
Analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and event success
Proficiency with graphic design tools like canva, email marketing platforms like mailchimp, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Zoho and updating website listings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small dynamic team environment
Proven experience in marketing, events, or a related field; experience in non-profit or community-focused organizations is advantageous
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field are highly desirable
