The Role

You will drive leasing outcomes across specialty retail assets by sourcing and securing tenants, negotiating leases, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. You’ll work closely with Property Management and internal stakeholders to deliver commercially sound leasing strategies aligned to market conditions and portfolio objectives.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in retail/commercial leasing
Robust retailer networks and deal‑making capability
Tertiary qualifications in property (or related field)



and current leasing registration
Commercial acumen with solid negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management

What You’ll Do
Identify, assess, and secure new tenants
Negotiate leases, market reviews, and renewals
Contribute to leasing strategies, budgets, and financial reporting
Maintain accurate leasing documentation and compliance
Build trusted relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders
Monitor market trends, legislation, and asset performance
