About the Role As a key member of our Accessories team, you will:
Provide exceptional service to every customer — whether in-store or over the phone
Work closely with workshop technicians to ensure timely supply of parts for servicing, repairs, and custom builds.
Follow our structured "Road to a Sale" process
Build your own customer network and nurture repeat business
Maintain a high standard of showroom and stock presentation
Support stock management, ordering and merchandising
Participate in ongoing training to develop your sales and product knowledge
Contribute positively to the store culture and customer environment What We're Looking For - Strong customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Competent computer skills (email, databases, POS systems)
Excellent communication and ability to build rapport quickly
A passion for motorcycles
Motivation to meet and exceed set sales targets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to store presentation
