Ubuntu Support Services is seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join our team across the Perth metro area, WA — with positions available in locations including Joondalup, Perth CBD, Fremantle, Rockingham, Armadale, Midland and Mandurah.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised support and assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community events to encourage social connection and participation

Assisting clients with the use of mobility aids and other assistive equipment to promote independence

Reporting on client progress and any changes in needs or wellbeing to the care team

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client care

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for supporting and empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities

Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent

Experience in a similar community support or care role, preferably within the aged or disability sectors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

A caring, patient,



and empathetic approach to supporting clients with diverse needs

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

Competency in using technology, such as client record systems, to document and report on client care
