Our client is an Enterprise level energy group who are undergoing a digital transformation. They are looking for a Payroll and Training Analyst who can help upskill their current team in the new tool and help drive adoption of the new software.
The role:
This role will be working on a SuccessFactors project in a hands‑on role focused on UAT testing, training support, and go‑live readiness . This is not BAU payroll , you’ll help shape new processes and support users through the transition.
Responsibilities:
Write & run UAT test scripts
Validate payroll calcs, awards, leave & super
Support SMEs during testing
Help create user guides & training content
Assist during go‑live & hypercare
High attention to detail
Explicit communication with end users
Solid Australian payroll experience
