Yournew role as Network and Systems Administrator is a key part of the ICT team,responsible for ensuring Fresh Hope Communities’ networks, servers, systems andcloud platforms remain operational, secure and fit for purpose.

Reportingto the Infrastructure and Network Manager, you will work closely with ICT teammembers, Managed Service Providers and business stakeholders to deliverreliable infrastructure services and third-level technical support.

Your Contribution
Install, configure and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches and firewalls
Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues and implement security measures
Administer servers, applications and Windows operating systems and settings
Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity
Support device management and endpoint platforms including Intune, Google Enterprise and Samsung Knox
Manage user access rights, permissions and security controls
Liaise with Managed Service Providers, vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless operations
Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and user resources
