We are looking for a Portfolio Manager, Australian Equities to join the Bell Financial Group Chief Investment Office in Melbourne. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), this role will be key in the management of the Australian Equity model portfolio and work closely with the CIO and broader research team to deliver solid outcomes and idea generation to Bell Potter advisers and clients.

The successful candidate will join a highly experienced team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a broader suite of investment solutions to support the future wealth management needs of advisers and clients.

Responsibilities
Oversee the management and ongoing development of the Australian Equity Model Portfolio, including portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance review.
Undertake detailed fundamental research, producing high-conviction research insights and investment recommendations.
Work closely with the broader research team to integrate sector views,



company analysis, and market developments into portfolio decision-making.
Communicate complex market, stock, and portfolio insights in a succinct and practical format to the investment team and Bell Potter adviser network.

Requirements
A minimum of 10 years' demonstrated portfolio management and/or senior equity research experience across a range of sectors.
Strong technical analysis and modelling skills highly regarded.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to distill complex investment ideas into explicit and concise messages.
A genuine passion for financial markets, investing and fundamental company research.
A willingness to actively contribute to enhancing the collective knowledge and capability of a team to ensure the delivery of great client outcomes.
