· Manage and grow relationships with thousands of existing trade and retail customers

· Hunt for new business: cold-call, qualify leads, book meetings and close sales

· Consistently grow the customer database and exceed monthly sales targets

· Become an expert in our product range, features and unique selling points

· Maintain meticulous CRM records and sales pipelines

About you

· Proven outbound or account-management sales experience (lighting or electrical wholesale highly regarded)

· Confident on the phone and skilled at building strong customer relationships

· Target-driven with a track record of smashing KPIs

· Solid product-learning mindset – willing to dive deep into specs and advantages

· Positive, self-motivated and ready to thrive in a collaborative team
