Responsibilities:
As a Entry Level Customer Service Team Member, you will:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Assist customers in navigating our products/services and address their questions or concerns.




Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
