General Pants is one of Australia and Current Zealand’s most iconic fashion retailers, looking for a commercially driven, people-focused leader to join us as Area Sales Manager QLD!

As Area Sales Manager, you'll drive commercial performance, develop robust leaders and deliver an unmistakably GP brand experience across your portfolio of stores. You'll be hands-on, commercially sharp and invested in your people, turning insight into action and strategy into measurable results.

What You Will Be Doing
Driving sales targets, KPIs and wage budgets across all stores in your area
Analysing sales and KPI data to identify trends, opportunities and ways to maximise profitability
Conducting regular store visits, reviewing commercial and visual merchandising standards
Partnering with your Manager to translate business priorities into store-level strategy
Owning operational standards, payroll management and loss prevention across your area
Leading, coaching and developing your Store Managers to build high-performing teams
Identifying and developing talent across your area through proactive succession planning
Setting the tone for a high-energy,



inclusive culture across your area, leading with clarity and purpose

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multi-site retail management role with a proven track record of commercial results
Robust commercial acumen, including experience managing P&L; and wage budgets across multiple locations
A proven ability to lead, coach and develop Store Managers and high-performing teams
Ability for spotting commercial opportunities and acting on them with initiative and decisiveness
A genuine passion for delivering a customer-first, exceptional in-store experience
