Qualified Mechanical Plumber

We're a well-established HVAC company delivering mechanical services projects across schools, commercial spaces, apartments and community facilities throughout Melbourne. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a fully qualified Mechanical Plumber to join our team.

This is a great prospect for an experienced tradesperson to take ownership of jobs, work across a variety of commercial and residential projects, and be part of a supportive team that values quality workmanship and safety.

The Role
Install, assemble and commission HVAC systems across commercial and residential projects
Work with ductwork, grilles, refrigerant pipework and air conditioning equipment in accordance with specifications and manufacturer requirements
Take ownership of jobs and small teams, including mentoring apprentices on-site
Liaise directly with site supervisors, builders and other trades to keep projects on program
Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard

About You




Trade-qualified Mechanical Plumber (Cert III or equivalent)
Current plumbing licence
ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
Construction White Card
Current driver's licence
Minimum 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial/residential HVAC installation
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Confident working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to supervise apprentices
