The Role This is a current prospect to join our team as a Junior Legal Assistant support the team with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis in our Institutional Abuse team.

Note: This is a full-time position

Key Responsibilities:




Maintaining calendars and diary appointments
Assisting on all incoming calls
Drafting basic precedent letters
Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties
Assisting with client requests
Payment of invoices

Skills/Experience
High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
dedicated, hard-working and committed
Technically savvy
Exceptional client service and phone manner
Outstanding attention to detail
Comfortable working in personal injury law
