Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Aged Care and NDIS programs.
Supervise and support Case Managers, Care Coordinators, Support Coordinators, and Administration staff.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and all relevant legislation.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor service quality, operational performance, and business outcomes.
Support recruitment, staff development, performance management, and workforce planning.
Manage budgets and operational resources efficiently.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
Contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth.

Essential Requirements




Minimum 5 years' experience in the Aged Care or NDIS sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong written and spoken Mandarin Chinese language skills.
Formal qualifications in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Robust organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Current National Police Check.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable
Experience managing Home Care Packages (HCP), Support at Home, and NDIS services.
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
Experience working within culturally diverse communities, particularly the Chinese community.
Financial and operational management experience.

Job Type: Part time Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year
