Role Description This full-time Legal Intern role is an in office position based in Parramatta, NSW.

The Legal

Intern will support solicitors with legal research, case preparation, and file management. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, organizing case files, and assisting with client communication under supervision. The intern will help prepare briefs and court documents, attend client meetings and, where appropriate, court appearances for observation. The role offers hands-on experience in legal practice,



exposure to real matters, and mentorship from experienced practitioners.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Law and understanding of Legal Issues relevant to general practice.
Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks, including research and preparation of advice under supervision.
Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal correspondence and court documents.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Currently studying or recently completed a law degree (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management in a busy legal environment.
Proficiency in standard office software and willingness to learn legal practice management systems.
Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical legal practice.
