About the role
Jellis Craig Boroondara is looking for a casual Leasing Consultant to support our property management team across Hawthorn and surrounding suburbs. We manage a substantial portfolio and this role plays a key part in keeping our leasing process running smoothly for owners and prospective renters.
You'll be the face of our leasing service at open for inspections, so a skilled presentation and strong communication skills matter.
Responsibilities
● Conducting open for inspections across our managed portfolio
● Providing feedback on prospective renters to Property Managers and the Leasing team
● General administrative support as required
About you
● Well presented with a professional manner
● Robust communication and customer service skills
● Reliable, punctual and comfortable working weekends
● A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
● An Agents Representative/Real Estate qualification is required
● Must be available Saturdays
