About The Role Leasehands are an integral part of our rig crew crews, supporting safe and productive rig operations in a rostered, work from home environment.

Key Responsibilities Include Assisting with daily rig operations.

Handling equipment, materials and tools safely.

Maintaining a clean, organised and secure worksite.

Following company procedures and safety requirements.

Working outdoors in physically demanding conditions.

Supporting the wider crew to achieve operational objectives.

What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.

The ability to work effectively within a team.





Ability to work in remote locations for an even time roster

Manual Driver's Licence is advantageous but not essential.
