Responsibilities - Collaborate with team and clients to develop and deliver tailored restructuring and insolvency strategies across a range of industries.
Manage teams across multiple workstreams.
Mentor junior staff with an emphasis on knowledge sharing.
Analyze financial information, identify issues, and prepare recommendations for clients.
Assist clients to evaluate and understand the performance and position of their business.
Proactively create and implement solutions (selling assets, reorganizing capital structures, trading on businesses) to meet diverse challenges.

Qualifications - Professionally Qualified (Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant) with 4 to 6 years’ experience in restructuring, consulting, audit or professional services.
Experience in restructuring and insolvency with a desire to focus skillset in this area.
Curiosity, empathy, integrity and strong interpersonal qualities.
Desire to work collaboratively and contribute in a team environment.
Excellent analytical skills supported by advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (or willingness to learn).
Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable interaction with clients at all levels up to C-suite.
Structured problem‑solving skills.




Organisation and project management skills with ability to manage clients and project teams to influence change.
Hands‑on experience working in a quick‑paced and quickly changing environment.
Commercial awareness with robust business acumen and advanced emotional intelligence.
