Key responsibilities:
Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, email, and in office channels
Plan and coordinate events and activities for the inhouse students.
Create quantifiable online content which grows the Campus Perth brand and builds community through engagement in in-house events
Coordinate promotions
Liaise with designers, photographers, media, and external agencies
Develops website content and drives SEO and online listings using digital tools
Drive and track campaign performance using marketing automation tools and CRM, AI Content and Creative Generation,



preparing reports and insights for management
Builds relationships with partners, sponsors, tourism bodies, and local businesses
Create engaging content and promotional materials in line with brand voice
Monitor campaign performance and event outcomes, providing insights and recommendations using analytics and attribution

What you will bring:
Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in using (or understanding of) AI driven personalisation, and cross channel automation
Experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands
Solid organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Strong written and visual communication skills
Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
Creative thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Experience in producing engaging social media content
Experience with social media, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools
Ability to work flexible hours for events
