The Company

Our client is an established and growing Not for profit organisation. They are based on the Northern Beaches and accessible by public transport. They are going through a significant operational change to positively transform and shape the finance function.

Our client is passionate about their cause for helping vulnerable members of society and they do possess a cooperative, low-hierarchy and friendly setting with a strong work ethic. Their leadership team is approachable and keen on building a strong future. Additionally, they also do offer some flexibility for hybrid WFH arrangement after training.

The Role

This is a permanent and full time Management Accountant position where you will be responsible for the following:
Financial reporting and analysis
Budgeting and forecasting
Cost and performance management




Business partnering with department heads
System process improvement

Your Background

We are looking for candidates who fit the following profile:
More than 2 years of local working experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Analyst
Strong budgeting, forecasting and business partnering experience
Advanced excel skills to perform financial modelling and build budgets and forecasts
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders
Desire to work for a growing not for profit organisation
