Our client is a leading global organisation providing critical assistance and support services to people travelling and living internationally. They are seeking an experienced International Operations Coordinator to join their Sydney-based team.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage a high volume of calls and emails, coordinate assistance cases, and work with medical, security, travel, logistics, and operational specialists to deliver timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate assistance cases from initial contact through to resolution.
Handle high-volume calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Assess client needs and coordinate appropriate medical, travel, security, and logistical support.
Liaise with internal specialists and external service providers.
Maintain accurate case records and provide timely stakeholder updates.
Resolve issues proactively while managing multiple priorities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and follow operational and company procedures.

About You
Experience in customer service, client services, operations, contact centre, or case management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Full working rights in Australia.
Available to work onsite in Sydney CBD and undertake a rotating roster.
