Our renowned cafés and products – from elegant cakes to gourmet pastries and croquets – reflect our deep-rooted love for artisan baking. With two large production facilities in Braeside, a third currently under development, and 17 retail outlets across Melbourne, our business is recognised for its commitment to quality and innovation. As a rapidly growing and agile company, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team at the Braeside production site. This vital role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing equipment and machinery.
As part of our Technical Maintenance team you will:
Coordinate and respond to maintenance requests.
Perform multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day.
Undertake planned maintenance according to the schedule
2+ years' industrial/factory experience
Have excellent communication skills.
Have a trade certificate as a Mechanic, Fitter & Turner, or Machinist.
