We are seeking an experienced Commercial Broker and People Leader to join our Real Estate Team at Marsh. This role is available in our Melbourne office.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Manage workflow approvals, development plans and technical oversight.
Provide day‑to‑day leadership and mentorship to the team.
Drive operational excellence and consistent client delivery.
Maintain solid technical knowledge across Financial Lines (PI, Cyber, ML) and Commercial Products.

Qualifications
Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent).
Strong placement experience within commercial or financial lines insurance.
Strong knowledge of General & Financial Lines products.
A genuine interest in mentoring junior brokers.




The ability to balance operational leadership with client oversight.
