About the role The Maintenance Administrator is a critical part of our operational team, working closely with Maintenance Managers to ensure our fleet is maintained to a high standard and ready to perform. This is a rapid-paced, detail-focused role where your ability to stay organised, think critically and communicate effectively will directly impact customer satisfaction, fleet performance, and cost control.

Key responsibilities - Communicating with customers, workshops and suppliers to coordinate maintenance and repairs - Issuing repair orders and instructions to service providers - Approving and coding maintenance invoices accurately - Ensuring invoices match approved work and stay within agreed limits - Monitoring maintenance costs and identifying trends or prospects for improvement - Querying warranty,



insurance and manufacturer-related issues - Managing maintenance records and ensuring data accuracy in systems - Supporting the development and improvement of maintenance processes and policies - Ensuring damage-related costs are identified and recovered - Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams About you - A strong administration background with excellent organisational skills - High attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work - A curious mindset with the confidence to ask questions and dig deeper - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities - Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and systems - A team player who builds strong relationships across the business - A continuous improvement mindset with a desire to make things better
