Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a range of leading manufacturing and FMCG clients across Windsor Gardens, Kilburn, and Port Adelaide. These are ongoing casual and full-time opportunities offering competitive pay rates, secure hours, and the chance to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Machine Operator – Windsor Gardens, Kilburn, Port Adelaide

Pay: $32-$40 per hour

Shifts: Day, Afternoon, Night shifts- Rotating Day

Join a leading manufacturing company and become part of a rapid-paced production team. In this role, you will operate production machinery, perform basic machine maintenance, support assembly and production processes, and ensure products meet quality standards.
Operate production machinery and perform basic machine maintenance.
Support assembly, manufacturing, and production processes.
Complete FRP assembly, stainless steel cleaning, and general workshop duties.
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Conduct quality inspections and maintain production standards.
Handle materials and perform manual handling tasks.




Minimum 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience required.
Metal fabrication experience is highly regarded.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Available to work rotating Monday to Friday day and afternoon shifts.
