Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.

A successful Head of IT should have:
Robust understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and team management abilities.
Capability to develop and execute strategic IT plans.




Proficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and familiar with up-to-date cloud, networking, and security architectures.
Deep expertise across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, AI and automation and service delivery.
Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance requirements across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Proven track record of building and developing high-performing IT teams, with experience managing across multiple locations or regions.

Competitive salary ranging from AUD 150,000 to AUD 180,000.
