Your role As the Property Manager, you'll focus on what you do best:




Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
Managing maintenance and repairs
Handling lease renewals and rent reviews
Managing arrears and tenancy matters
Providing proactive communication and outstanding customer service
Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation

About you You'll be someone who:
Has previous residential property management experience
Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Communicates confidently with both landlords and tenants
Enjoys working in a team that supports one another
Takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
