Hello Sarnie is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team in the Adelaide CBD.
This is a casual position with early morning starts from 5:30am, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in keeping a professional kitchen running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play an important role in supporting our chef and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during our busy breakfast and lunch service.
What You'll Be Doing
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
Assisting with basic food preparation as required
Receiving and storing deliveries
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Following food safety and workplace health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual and able to commit to 5:30am starts
A team player who communicates well and enjoys working with others
High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
