Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is an prospect to make a meaningful impact by supporting older adults to live safely, independently, and confidently in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality, client-focused care across the community, helping to improve mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of allied health professionals, nurses, and care partners to provide holistic, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy including manual techniques, exercise prescription, and education
Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Build strong relationships with referral partners including GPs
Contribute to service development, education initiatives, and community engagement

About You
Bachelor's degree (or higher)



in Physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years' experience in musculoskeletal and/or functional rehabilitation
Community-based physiotherapy experience is preferred
Ability to work independently within community settings
Robust clinical reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Current driver's licence
Passion for aged care and supporting clients in the home environment
Australian citizen or permanent resident status required
