We are seeking an experienced HC Driver to join our Albany branch on a full time basis. The role involves transporting earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently to customer sites, branches, and project locations.

Please note: Machinery operators should only apply if they have heavy haulage experience and hold a HC class driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
Transport oversized loads to customer sites.
Conduct thorough pre-start checks before transportation.
Ensure loads are securely fastened before and during transit.
Adhere to safety standards, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
Perform maintenance on trucks and equipment as needed.
Provide excellent customer service with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
Load and unload equipment independently.
Perform local deliveries,



primarily driving on highways and interstate routes.

Essential Criteria:
Must have a HC Driver’s License.
Road Ranger and float experience (mandatory)
Holding a valid MSIC is highly regarded.
Machinery operation tickets are desirable
Forklift License preferred.
Strong knowledge and practice of OH&S; standards.
Experience with long-distance trips.
Heavy haulage experience required.
Experience with quad and dolly trailers preferred.
Capable of performing routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
Minimum of 2 years' experience transporting oversized loads.
Ability to pass a medical exam, including drug and alcohol screening.
